The line up:
Dungarvan Jam Club – Two bands emerge from Dungarvan Jam Club which kicked off in Feb 2022, hosted by Music Generation Waterford, led by professional musicians and performers, Conor Clancy and Chris O’Sullivan. The teenage musicians will perform songs from The Weekend, Dua Lipa and Franz Ferdinand, Billie Eilish, Oasis, and Adele after just a few weeks of working together.
Make Music @ GOMA – features young musicians working together in GOMA Gallery since March of 2022, exploring all things band with Conor Clancy, Danny Pullman, and Ed O’Neill. Their Cruinnú na nOg performance will feature songs from Amy Winehouse, The Beatles, Dua Lipa, and Fleetwood Mac.
Newtown Songwriting Programme was a pilot initiative between Music Generation Waterford and 4th year students of Newtown School. These young musicians wrote, performed, and recorded their own songs, and have continued writing and composing together , now back to join us for Youth Music @ GOMA Gallery.
Admission is Free, doors open 2pm. All welcome.
